Every single candidate that we take onto our books has been interviewed in person by us before we accept them and put them forward to any of our clients. These interviews include a detailed discussion of their relevant technical tax experience.

We will keep you promptly informed of developments throughout the process and once you make an offer to a candidate we will help you set the package at the appropriate level and, if necessary, negotiate on your behalf. We will also keep in touch with you post placement to ensure that your expectations have been fulfilled.

We are happy to provide our services on a contingent fee basis. However we believe it can be more cost effective if we work with clients on a retained assignment basis as that enables us to offer our bespoke service at a discounted fee in exchange for a degree of exclusivity in handling the assignment.
